Or maybe that's from the surgery I had almost 3 weeks ago. Maybe I'm actually still healing and doing too much. It was a blast being part of the surprise "prom" for sister Sarah's birthday. Oh, and school starts August 10....in 9 days!
The new neighbors moved in yesterday. Other people are moving out, so more new people will be here soon. Man, these are a lot of changes. It's exciting, a bit nerve-wracking ....
By the way, it's 4:45 a.m. I just got kicked out of my bed by my nine year old, so I am writing this in her partially finished room.
Why do we feel the need to constantly be in control? You would think that by now I would have mastered the concept of relying on God. Yet, I still consistently want to be in charge of my little section of the world. My humanness just keeps getting in the way. I believe, but my steps falter. So, God knocks me down a bit and helps me get back up again.....every time.
